1. We charge a one off registration fee of £49.99 which covers you until your vehicle is sold. This allows us to match your details specifically to our existing buyer enquiries and advertise your vehicle through various marketing channels.
2. Advertisements run for 28 day periods, we will renew the 28 day period, free of charge upon your instruction, until the vehicle is sold. If not informed to renew the advert the vehicle details will be removed from our web site.
3. The Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulation act 2000 clearly states that if a consumer agrees to the service commencing within seven days of the inital date agreed, their right to cancel ends when the service begins.The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made.  In the case of services, it ends seven working days after the day the order was made.  If the consumer agrees to the service beginning within the seven days, their right to cancel ends when the service commences. Therefore any seller we contact or contact's us to use our services, will be informed prior to registering that their right to cancel under the 7 day cooling off period does not apply, due to the immediate advertising and administrative costs incurred. All confirmation of the above will be forwarded to all customers e-mails or posted directly to their address. 4. If you inform us that your vehicle has been stolen or damaged we will suspend the advertisement and run it again when you ask us to.
5. If you ask us to change the selling price of your vehicle, correct any mistake, we will change the advertisement free of charge.
6. We are not responsible for: the condition of any vehicle advertised; an advertisement not getting a response; a buyer's or seller's lack of good faith; a valuation given; any foreseeable loss; or services suspended or interrupted as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. The number of buyer enquiries registered with us is given solely as a guide for you to assess current market demand. They reflect vehicles of all types and all price ranges currently wanted by buyers registered on our system.
8. In the  event that your car remains unsold after 2 months a refund in the form of a credit note will be provided. The credit will offer you, a family member or a friend to advertise one vehicle free of charge.
9. Nothing stated in above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
